- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst service. I previously called to tell them I was running 10min late and they told me I had to reschedule. I called today to schedule an appointment for my daughter who's very sick and they tell me they won't see me bc I've had to cancel 3 times within 12 months yet when you call to cancel it's a 20min wait before you can speak to anyone! I've been taking my kids to the TCPA Spring branch location since she was born, drove out of my way to see her doctor until he retired so we had to change locations. The woman at the katy locations was absolutely rude and refused to schedule an appointment for my 5yr old daughter.November 06, 2017by Angela Goldsmith
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We've been coming here to see Dr. Chen for 2 years and couldn't be more satisfied with our experiences. All of the staff and nurses are very helpful and friendly.
