- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Love Dr. Gordon, and I've heard Dr. Li is a wonderful dr. as well. My issue is with the office personnel. They are completely incompetent. Lost my driver's license and insurance card on first visit, and swore they gave it back to me. A week later they called stating they had them. No apology or explanation! Never return phone calls, didn't forward medical records to my surgeon as instructed by Dr. Gordon, made me pay for procedure up front (which is ok), but 5 weeks later still haven't refunded the money when procedure had to be cancelled. Totally frustrated with them, and can't bare to go there any longer. Sadly, looking for a new gastro!June 15, 2017by Tammy Whitfield
