  I am highly disappointed in the service at the spa. There is no obvious policy stating that you must be 21 to use the services. We spent a lot of time and effort booking appointments and called several times, only to keep having our appointment changed. And once we called and you said you would get back to us but you never did. We have other priorities as well but we took the time to come to you. It is not fair to us as the costumer for you to only tell this important policy once we arrived, when clearly it should be stated in a place where everyone can see. Also I'm disappointed in one of the staff members for rudely kicking us out and not caring one bit for the time and effort we put in this. We heard good reviews about this place, but now you just lost some customers. We will also tell our family and friends about this extremely upsetting experience, and they will also be upset with your service.

  My new "Happy Place "! Lauren was super knowledgeable and I can appreciate her excellent service. Love this plac!❤ UPDATE: After being a member for 3 months, this is my perspective. LADIES, leave your children at the day care, babysitter, spouse, etc. This place, in the evening, has become a place for parents to indulge themselves WHILE their children pester those of us there to relax. I pay too much money to be harassed by children. The massage chair is for paying clients, not your children. I have spent so much money to have MY time without snotty attitudes of the staff. The ONLY staff member that belongs in this environment is Lauren. She's the best!
