- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Hunter is very nice and experienced and we are happy with her. However, I think there has been some management issues with the office. Let me share my experience: 1. I've been having some issues/questions regarding my daughter's treatment plan. I called several times, and was told they would call me back, but they never did. I personally called several times again to follow up. I was not happy but I could understand this, maybe they were too busy. 2. The invoice sent to us was not correct. Again, I called several times and in the end it turned out it's a "computer error". No apology, instead, I was asked why I was so mad. Why? Because I was not supposed to be charged for several services that we did not received, AND the office was not taking it seriously and simply said we received the service. Why not just check the chart first? How about I send you a $100 invoice, and I wait you to call me several times, and I tell you it's a computer error, and I ask you: why are you so mad? maybe you really received the my service!? No? I understand people make mistakes and I have no problem with that. When I make mistakes, I apologize first and I take it seriously. I try to find out what really happened and I will prevent it from happening again. I never ask questions like "Why you are mad at me for my mistakes". In conclusion, I will not want to waste my time with this dental office anymore, and I will not recommend any of my friends to go there.February 07, 2017by David Woo
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely love this place! They were all so friendly. They made my 3 year old daughter so comfortable. We have been to another kids dentist before and wr did not have the same experience. They were forceful at the other place and it scared my daughter. She had so much fun at Kids Healthy Teethand is looking forward to going back!
