  Review update: Obviously my old review was written when I was extremely pregnant and cranky. Occasionally I have had long wait times here but most of the time the wait is reasonable. Also, I recently received a letter from Dr. Bliss that she left the practice. Will miss her but I like Dr. Lin as well. She delivered my son and everything went so well at Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital! I'm not having any more kids but will return to Dr. Lin if needed in the future. Overall I recommend this practice to others. OId review: Waited 30 min just to get my vitals taken...still waiting now because they have no rooms available. Mind you I am 39 weeks pregnant. Always schedule an early morning appointment here because the afternoons are always like this. Unfortunately, they wouldn't schedule my weekly prenatal appointments far enough in advance so they had no morning appointments available. Also, they force you to alternate between the two doctors, Dr. Lin and Dr. Bliss. Dr. Lin is obviously the more knowledgeable one, because she is older and has spent more time practicing. However, both have a decent bedside manner. I will say that it seems like the two doctors don't communicate very well though. If this was any other industry besides the medical industry, I would have asked for a refund already. Now I've been waiting 45 min and still not in a room yet!

  Very upsetting!! With our first pregnancy this place was beyond amazing! When we found out we were pregnant again we were so excited because we had a great doctor which makes it so much less stressful, unfortunately in a very short amount of time this place has gone VERY FAR downhill! Dr. Bliss is very nice and I really like her but the staff doesn't communicate, I've had issues with this on multiple occasions, they book far too many appointments with not nearly enough space to put people or get them done at a reasonable time and my biggest issues is some of the team, ESPECIALLY the manager, are just RUDE!!! Today I had an entire waiting room of strangers hear my personal business because they wanted me to pay my global payment early. We payed our first one late, purely by accident, they have a whole 39 weeks of records from our previous pregnancy they can look at and see we never missed a payment. So to make sure we are paying it on time they want me to pay $385 before the due date! She also made sure to say it's because they are "stretching out my payments" which I don't believe for a second because they did this to another woman that came in after me, how do I know? Because I could hear it! My husband gets paid on the due date and that's what I told her. After a continuous argument telling her I'm not paying today she said they will most likely drop me, which is fine by me, I'm already looking for a new OBGYN and I can't wait to call and ask the manager directly for a refund. I have never been so shocked at the blatant disrespect and horrible manners of someone working with people. How dare you threaten to drop a pregnant woman because she wouldn't pay you ahead of time. What I witnessed today I'm sure could be reported, and you can bet I'm looking in to it! Also by the end of the visit I left paying $266, I've never had to pay more than $30 but they said it was an issue with billing from my insurance, but when I called nothing had changed with my plan at all! In fact this is all going towards my deductible now, which it should have done last year but for some reason it didn't which seems sketchy to me since they are the ones billing it. This place has become horrible. Also for the second time in a row they didn't print out my paperwork to get blood drawn, last time I was asked to come back after I was already home. This time I was looked at like I was stupid when I told them I needed to get my blood drawn and they didn't have any paperwork for me but instead of someone who works there figuring out what was wrong, I had to do it myself which was even more irritating, not to mention my appointment was at 10, I waited until 10:45 to even get my vitals checked then I was back and forth out of the waiting room until 11:30 because they didn't have a room available, when I did finally get a room I waited another 45 minutes just to see the doctor, she was there for a whole 2 minutes! I didn't get back home until 1:30!! I only live 30 minutes away! I used to think they cared about the patient not just the money but today I was proven very wrong! I used to recommend them to everyone who was looking but I won't ever recommend them again. It's a very sad day for my husband and I, they have taken what should be a very happy time in our lives and made it to where I dread going to doctors visits because it's always such a hassle, we really liked them before but if I never go back it will be too soon!
