- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I could write a book about my terrible experience with GMS Katy. However, it is not just this office. I had to deal with their dental director Dr. Wood and their Business Manager as well. Not once did I feel as if they truly cared about my health. The office manager Rose had to contact them with any concern. Only she showed remorse for the faulty dental work I received. It wasn't until I received a second opinion that I was truly fed up with this office. They will try to refer to you to their other locations.
