  Oh, where do I start? I needed immunizations and titers for my doctorate program, so I was recommended by RediClinic in S Fry Rd to come here since "they can do more extensive labs and immunizations." I agreed and thus came to Family Clinic around 1:10. Around 1:30, I was informed by the nurse that there were two people ahead of me and that the clinic closes at 2 but will reopen at 5. I filled out the new patient paperwork and was told that I would be the first one seen at 5. I returned at 4:58 PM with three people ahead of me but didn't think anything of it since I was supposed to be seen first. After the doors were opened, I was made to wait which was fine. Their secretary came late so we couldn't be checked in until 5:20. I let that slip by since things happen. I told the secretary and NP about my situation. Despite that, I had to wait, which made me disappointed. But being an NP myself, I knew things happened and said ok. Around 5:40, the card machine wasn't o be seen first. After the doors were opened, I was made to wait which was fine. The NP there seemed frustrated and to call the doctorTheir secretary came late so we couldn't be checked in until 5:20. I let that slip by since things happen. I told the secretary and NP about my situation. Despite that, I had to wait, which made me disappointed. But being an NP myself, I knew things happened and said ok. Around 5:40, the card machine stopped working. After 10 minutes of waiting, I asked the secretary how much longer it would be, which was an hour to an hour and a half. I appreciated her honesty, but I had a bad migraine and tired and I opted to leave. My experience was terrible. I will not come here again.

  Well I would rate my experience but I am still sitting in the waiting room waiting to experience it. Over an hour..... How do doctors get away with this crap?. Don't worry though I have a medical journal downloaded I am going to read it to the doctor for an hour, you waste my time I waste yours.
