  I had to bring my toddler son in recently and was very impressed with this facility. The front desk, nurse and Doctor were so kind and did everything to not only help my son but help me feel comfortable as well. Thank you ER Katy for taking such good care of us!

  ER Katy offers a monthly CPR class for the Katy area. Most places charge a fee of $50 or more, but ER Katy provides it at no cost. Their staff and instructors do a great job teaching the course. They have a very nice facility and are very convenient. I strongly recommend their program.

  Excellent service! We were seen Friday afternoon around 1pm and taken back immediately without waiting! I wish I could remember the male nurses name that was working! He was very friendly and attentive! It helped to calm my sons fears! I originally brought him in for a head injury on the playground at school, but then noticed his throat was red and sore! They did a strep test which came back negative... I took him to his PCP on Monday and repeated the test and he ended up being positive for strep throat. I think Friday he was just developing strep which is why it was initially negative! I would definitely return as an alternative to a hospital ER for minor emergencies due to the convenience! Thanks again for providing great care!
