- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪So apparently they make appointments during their lunch hour and had 5 patients sitting outside waiting to get in. After finally getting to the back I asked about getting my company Dr slip signed with a simple signature and they wanted to charge me 25$ for a signature! ! As if making my appointment during there lunch hour wasn't bad enough! !!. I canceled this appointment since they have no concern for the patients and when I went to leave they couldn't find my license and insurance card and after finding that they couldn't find my file with all my info!!! Worst Dr visit ever and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to this place. Find an office that takes pride and do the right thing for the patients.
