  the manager is rude and unproffesional. don't even deserve 1 star. we've been to all of the petshop around katy. they never treat us or my kids like the way she treated us(RUDE). she don't talk to customer nicely. in short she don't VALUE customer's. just lost a customer. and 1 time whene my son was still 2 years old he peed in the store and my wife cleaned it. and the manager said "it's ok" and when i talk to the manager she is complaining about it. and she said that even the owner is complaining about my son. so that means the mnager and the owner is just watching my son only my son? anyway. one day the maager will also have kid's and hope that she and her kids will not experience what she did to my kid's.
